discuz 2.5 english

Everywhre I have looked I see you need Tortise to install. Is this true?

You need a special client to download DiscuzX2.5ML from repository. This client is TortoiseHg.

Pay attention:
x2.0 require TortoiseSVN
x2.5 require Tortoise HG

where do I download the english version or ML for x2.5?
I went to the google code link and there is now download link.

Because standard DiscuzX2.5ML has only 2 languages, you must download others from another repository!

Then, copy your language folder into ...discuzx/source/language

I do understand that, but when I got to goolge code there is no download link for either the x2.5ml software or the language packs.
