How do i show more online users than real??

is there any way to show more online users in discux??
i meant ot say that is there any way i can show more people online then they actually are,like if there are 10 users online can i do anything to change it to 20 or more,is there any plugin or something for that,
or can any one make such a plugin,

It is not a right way.
It is better to attract more visitors because of realy interesting content...

Is that english.because the previous solution you have me for the gift plugin was still under translation....if possible can you provide an english info for the gift one..i did not got it.or maybe like this adminpanel>extensions>medal>medal3   like this........

I downloaded it.it had 2 things inside..uploaded it in plugins but it is not showing up.is this a plugins or something else.how to use this.
