Database errors

I was changing usergroup permissions and when I hit submit a couple times it would come up with a database error. The one said error (2002). Any ideas.

Your sql server have some problem.Pls contact your host.

I deleted Discuz, since this is on them and not my host.We made sure of that.Just didn't seem stable enough for me.
