I think you just have to play with your forum settings.
Because of no special plugins used at codersclub.org at this time.

I apologize for late reply but you are looking for ^SNS module style^ option that you need to active via: ACP -> Styles -> Styles: Space style.

This will bring you a feed as you wished, but after that, you should active some site modules to fill up the page with the content.
