Hyperlink not working

When I enter the link URL, it does not show in the post. It's totally blank.  Even if I enter the link text, the text is shown but it's just merely text and it cannot link to the url.

I use [url]  /url] to attach the link and it does not appear as well.

I have enabled bb code and have set the following in  Use Group> Basic Settings>

Allow publish outside URL:

• Disable publish URL
• Enable URL, but require to verify
• Enable URL, but does not resolve
• Enable URL, normal resolving
  

What else should I do to solve this issue?

AdminCP -> User Groups Permission -> Enable to use multimedia tags

Didn't see any setting regarding multimedia tags in Global> User Permissions

If you mean Users> User Group> Forum related> Post related permission, do you mean to enable the following？

Allow to use [audio] [video] [flash] and other multimedia code:

Yes, the multimedia code is enabled but the hyperlink still isn't working.

Which file to check for the hyperlink function? If I re-install the particular file, will it help? Or, is there any other way I can solve this problem?

Yes, the img code is already enabled but it is still not working.

Look like I need to re-install the file.

Vot, can you advise which file to upload?
