Problem on Registration

Hi guys need a little help here.. Got problem on registration in my site, everytime a user want to register after completing the form and confirmed, it resulted to something like " eg.UID 67 Already Exist" but no one registered that ID.. What do you know about this guys.

1) "data" folder permission for both dzx & ucenter
2) check for ucenter config both in dzx & ucenter

CHMOD 777 for both folder is that what you mean? config on ucenter and dzx are ok..but i'm a lil bit confused bcoz even ucenter is connected to dzx the number of members are zero..

the number of members are zero

1) Check ucenter tables with PhpMyAdmin. A there any members?
2) Check if the user/password have permissions to your database.
