How to convert to Discuz!X2.5 ML from Chinese Version?

I'm using Discuz!X2.5 Chinese version,
How can I convert to ML version?

I readed the readme document but I don't understand......

Is the following step correct?
1. upload and replace all file in "upload"
2. upload all file in "utility"

and now how can I start the convert program ?

It seems you did not upload the language packs and did not edit your config.

Check for differences between your own template and the default template from x2.5ML!
You have to modify your template corresponding to ML changes.

yep, you have to fix it manually. header and footer only.

just take a look at default template, it will help you.

okay...
I try to use default template in ML version,
but some javascript don't work on my site,
include front page and control panel.....

I try to re-upload all file,
but it not work, either.....

Something is wrong in you installation.

1) Try to install a clean Discuz ML as a SEPARATE NEW copy.
And test it!

2) Run two copies in parallel: one with default ML and another with your template. And compare it...
Do not forget to clean the data/template cache!
