How to stop forum posting spam

Hi, i am new here, just found this forum.
I set up a forum recently, I found it was spammed by auto posting.
I deleted the posts and the login a/c.
After a while, it will create a/c and start posting again.  ( even when I disable the register a/c function)

How can I stop this spam..?
Can I use Captcha
I am using. Discuz! X1.5

Check permissions for new registered users group.
- Set "Require Email verification"
- Set "Silent period for new users"
- Set "Require to fill in some profile field" for enable postings
- Set to "Premoderate postings from new users"
- Add any spam-protection script by yourself, i.e. like this:
