i have contacted those hosting technical team..they examined it and said that to contact the software vendor ... they mean to say is that there might be the problem with the discuz script... can u help me in resolving the problem

It is a strange reply from your hoster...
We all was looking a problem WITH PURE PHP at your host but not with discuz!!!
You can remove the discuz from your host, but the PHP problem is still stay!!!
The function disk_free_space(some_directory) MUST NOT return an empty result!
I.e. in your test it must show some numeric value:
/hermes/bosoraweb165/b330/ipg.useraddacom9/upload size=SOME_DIGITS_HERE

Sorry, but your hosting support is non-competent or shamelessly lied.
I gave you a pure-php-test that is not working on your hosting.
But they said it's not their fault...
If you like to be cheated, continue to stay at this hosting.

What about me, I do not want to spent my time for solve non discuz-related problems...
