To make the messages interesting, real estate people use short paragraphs. Each paragraph has a maximum length of 140 words. This makes it easy for you to read and understand. You won't feel overwhelmed by long blocks of text. Also, it keeps your attention focused.


The sentences are also not too long. Each sentence has a maximum length of 18 words. This makes the message clear and easy to follow. You can understand each idea without getting lost  in long sentences. So, the message flows smoothly.
After every 200 words or so, there should be a heading tag. This breaks up the text and makes it easier to read. It's like taking a short break while you are reading. Besides, it helps you remember what you have read.


Real estate messages also use transition words. These are words that connect ideas together. Words like "also," "furthermore," "however," and "therefore" help the message flow smoothly. They show how different ideas are related. Consequently, the message makes more sense. More than 20% of the words should be transition words.

For example, instead of saying "The house has a big kitchen. It has new appliances," they might say, "The house has a big kitchen, and it also has new appliances." The word "and" and "also" are transition words. They make the sentences connect better. Similarly, "however" can show a different side, like "The house is big; however, the garden is small."
