New thread filtering

Hi, I come from maxthon forum (http://forum.maxthon.com) too.
Is there a way to set a filter on "new threads" page to sort the threads by forum like here on "my threads"
and is there a way to mark a thread as read  ?

No, there is not. Only by reading the thread

About using a filter to sort threads in "new threads", you said you will think about it. Does it mean a mod would be possible ?
