how to modify registration? and menu bar?

Hello freinds,
i have some question, i hope to help me, dears,

1- how can i modify/set my forum menu bar like this forum(pic)
2- how can i modify registration proccess and ad a invition code required field?

• For modules: Global -> Site modules (Function Script)
• For static links: Styles -> Navigation (Main Menu)
  

2.
Global -> Register/Access (Registration)
check: Enable registration only by invitation
