security code is not working?

please see the attached picture. It seems the security code is not working. Which documents do i need to update?

It is not working for all pages, registration, post, change password etc. I had tried Firefox and chrome. Thanks

I suppose that, it can something wrong in your hosting.

i adjusted my server php version to 5.4 and reinstalled discuz, then it worked fine.
