How to join this Community

Hi there,

My name is Congchen Cai, Or you can call me Charles Cai, I'm currently is a Senior year students study in USA. I'm using discuz X3.0 built my own site which it called UT-i24e(International Student Service), www.i24e.co Currently it running the original CHinese version, I want to switch it to Multi-language version oon.

I'm interested to join this community and become parts of this open source projects. Can anyone tell me how, or any step i need to take in order to contribute to this project.
