Can't see new Plugins after install

Can't see new Plugins after install
Install new plugins from Discuz, after installing, then jump to the blank page.
The new plugin does not appear in the plugin list.
Is it a kind of bug?

It is not a bug,
it is a PROBLEM OF INCOMPATIBILITY with the ML version.
ORIGINAL plugins can be installed into ML version only after the manual hacking.
It is a very serious problem, but I still have no solution for it

Just change plugin ID

For Example :

The name of pulgin is xf_chat.xml

Change xf to en

And the name of pulgin folder and anything is xf to en in all pulgin files (by any editor in one click )
