Bug in New threads style of RTL lang.

In English (and other LTR languages) must be included default CSS files
like common.css, forum_guide.css etc.

But for Arabic language (and other RTL languages) must be included CSS files with the "_rtl" suffix
like common_rtl.css, forum_guide_rtl.css etc.

Firefox element inspector - it is mostly the same as Firebug tool.

Why not use Firebug tool for firefox ?

i not familar with coding, my field is genetics! but i want to learn coding,
this task was my first try to learn coding! so i didnt use this software before that ,

i am waiting...

finally, we have a css file, where is location of this file? and what is propper name for this file?
i cant find "style_1_forum_guide.css" file in Discuz files!!! (see screen shot)

what can i do, for resolving this bug?

Files like "style_1_forum_guide.css" are COMPILED style files.
All the compiled styles are placed in /data/cache/ folder.
The real source CSS file is "forum_guide.css" placed in /template/default/forum/guide.css

Now, i am confused!
i added that css file ,that i got from En view, to "/data/cache/" folder as name "forum_guide.css" and in other ttry "forum_guide.css",
in both try , problem not fixed!

what is wrong?
what is next step after finding problem (Yes it is solving! , but how?)

Wrong action.
DO NOT ADD ANY FILES!
All the required files exists in your site!

You must only CHANGE some style rules in the corresponding source CSS files!
(And the clean Template cache and clean template style cache)

I.e. In English you see (using element inspector) the file used: style_1_forum_guide.css
In Arabic will be used corresponding RTL file: style_1_forum_guide_rtl.css

After modifying some style rules online
you must ADD/CHANGE that rules INTO THE SOURCE STYLE FILE!
In above cases it will be the files:
data/cache/style_1_common.css ->  EDIT THE /template/default/common_rtl.css
data/cache/style_1_forum_guide_rtl.css ->  EDIT THE /template/default/forum/guide_rtl.css
