Installing new style

I have successfully uploaded new style and installed it and need to clear the template cache but ther is no option in site management and template mangement there was an option and i deleted it,,,,,, but still the theme is not getting installed !!!!!{:3_60:}

admin.php -> Tools -> Clean cache
