How to Change website name from all parts?

I changed my website name from header and footer but it is still showing "Forum: Powered by Discuz" in the address bar and when posting links how to totally change it...

No bro i mean it can be i have seen ...in forum sites powering discuz i dnt want to change "Discuz" i only want to change the name "Forum"

Bro i have seen .jst put the cursor in any any website logo and see the address bar it shows the name of the site,bt for me it shows "Forum" i want to change ths name and it cn be changed...
