Can i transfer discuz from 1 host to another??

I just want to know if there is a way to change hosting sites...or jst transfer files with all the user threads,acounts and settings?and if yes,how to do it?

1) Backup your database
2) Backup all your files
3) Download both backups
4) Upload both backups to a new host
5) Restore database
6) Enjoy

P.S.
If you do not know something from above,
do not worry, just hire somebody to make this job.
If you can not pay - just learn how to do the above items by yourself.

The simplest way - just install Discuz at the new host from scratch.
