Hello Friends
How can i add a Public Notice?
i want to inform all my users to a new event or other thing by Public Notice, How can i do?
(i know that "announcement" ability do a common thing, but i want inform users by Notice in their box)

Of course, you can!

Admin control panel -> Users -> Newsletters.
Select usergroups (you can select ALL of them)
and Send notifications method as Notice.

Other function you can configure as you want!
