UCenter means USER Center!
Just use it..

Anybody (but not you) is blame for such a username already exists?

2) By the way, you have invalid UCenter installation.
The message must looks like this:

'admin_user_exists' => This username is already exists, please return.

But something is wrong in your installation.
Because of this function works fine here with the same revision.
