Not English bu the FIRST TEXT VALUE, before "//....." !
If you get as a base any not English pack, the first value will be in other language!
The text AFTER the "//" is just a comment,
in most cases it is a commented original value.

I think, you can use 'language/my' folder for Malaysian language.
