Migrating from IPB to DiscuZ

Hi, I wanted to migrate from IPBoard to Discuz ! - is there any tool or any script where i can migrate my complete IPBoard forums for Discuz ?

Or Any method to Import only USER DATA from IPBoard to Discuz ? as I can manage posts moving manually !

I know exists at least 2 converters:
1) From IPB to PhpBB
2) From PhpBB to Discuz!X

Why "XConvert 1.2.0"?
The latest version is XConvert v.2.5.1 utf8.

no, XConvert v.2.5.1 utf8  is not for ipb.
I have this conterter, but it is not for ipb only engines:
phpwind, nt, dvbbs, and others.
