how to modify Original files, let them become to MultiLingual version ?
..\source\language have many language pack,but how can use JS to made Menu like this site. i want to know how do this ,how to modify, which files need modify ?

You can UPGRADE your original Discuz to the MultiLingual version.

no, i means i copy all your language packages to /source/language/  directory at my site, but nothing can show .

That's not enough
You have to modify a lot of php code, most of javascript and templates.
If you want to modify all the files manualy, you are just a HERO!
Our upgrade prcedure (update.php) will do all the job for you...
