Separated styles for RTL languages

From the revision #244 it is possible to add separated styles for all the RTL languages.

How to use this feature:

1) Go to /template/default/common/ folder

2) Copy all the .css files to the same name but with the "_rtl" suffix:
common.css -> common_rtl.css
css_diy.css -> css_diy_rtl.css
css_space.css -> css_space_rtl.css
editor.css -> editor_rtl.css
forum_calendar.css -> forum_calendar_rtl.css
forum_moderator.css -> forum_moderator_rtl.css
module.css -> module_rtl.css
rss.css -> rss_rtl.css
widthauto.css -> widthauto_rtl.css
wysiwyg.css -> wysiwyg_rtl.css

3) Edit all this "_rtll" files, and replace all the occurance of:
margin-left -> margin-right
margin-right -> margin-left
padding-left -> padding-right
padding-right -> padding-left
text-align:left -> text-align:right
etc.

4) Go to your Admin-Center and clean the cache.

That's all.
