No words display when upload image

No words, such as 'browse' to display when you write a post and to upload a image.

Seems like the image i post in the topic was missing. I have re-upload it.
When write a post, and click to add 'Image'.

And I have seen your suggust, I will go and check he solution.

Because both here and my site, the Discuz!x3.0 version doesn't show. And I checked the code, it seems like to use a .swf for the upload function. I can't resolve it now.
