Update notice on the AdminCP

hello;
today i saw the update notice in top-left corner of my adminCP and I switch the site OFF. then I clicked on the update notice and select the Automatic update ( by web).
But it stuck at the first step and said " Can not get the list of changed files". What should I do?

Do not Update! This process will download all original files that you can damage your forum. You have to wait. Take a look at change log topic from time to time. If update will be ready you will able to,download changes and upload them on,your ftp server.

PS github does not offer features that we would like to have.

for discuz3; bitbucket or google code? which repository has the most up to dated files? which one do you attend to regularly?
in other word which one should I use?

and also what is the difference between Version 3.1 and 3? Not th detailed difference but is there anything in one that isn't in the other any feature plugin or such?{:3_52:}

1) The Bitbucket is the only correct repo for now.

VOT keep it that way and i will be thankful to you very much (because the code.google is not accessible from where some of are).
I think bitbucket is better in terms of user client; i have no idea about you, who are admin.
