Broken boder of Notice popups RTL langauges

Hello;
The pop up notice window; the one you see after suceesful login or some infos; has broken borders ( NOT FLIP ed) in RTL languages

seems another bug in foreign language...most of the fixes are for eng,french since there are low users for other languages...
to fix a bug it first needs to be found by users.....
vot will fix it soon......

m.hmt,
you can fix any style problem by yourself.
1) Use the browser "Element Inspector" for discover element style
2) Fix the style as you need
3) Suggest your style solution here

how do i mirror the border ( FLIP horizental)?

Just see how this border style written in any LTR language.
And do the same in RTL.
