I think, the most problems that you have exists because of your mobile browser. Try to use official client or another app.

Some advanced featured of Discuz may not work well on Mobile Devices..
Almost all problems u are asking about is due to the limitations of ur Mobile Device/Browser..
& It's not a bug of Discuz!
These are limitations/bugs of ur Device/Browser
It's better to test these things in a desktop browser, before reporting it as a bug while encountering it in a Mobile Browser..
Also it's better to discuss these things with the admin of that forum, before reporting it as a bug on a forum that is meant to provide support for Discuz! related things..
