how to create discuzML android client apk file

I downloaded the discuzml client zip file and don't know how to create apk file.

to create apk file show error like this: strings.xml Resource entry xxxxxxx is already defined

Just remove the files:
/res/values/strings.sc.xml
/res/values/strings.ru.xml
