any new method for identifying visitors other than IP ?

The discuz is identifying visitors through their IPs

but many spammers change the IP and register with many IDs

is there any other methods like cookies or ?!!

look my site is points dependent and any user may cheat with more than membership to get more points ...

change your point system.
that a user registered for at least 30 days can share points..
or the first user group cannot so a fake will have to work to attain an upper user group
profit is yours : you get more posts and active users.

Try to change registration method/details or find and install plugin against spam (better captcha or something similar).

sites use cookies for identifying the PC itself so even he changes the

IP it can be caughted
