How to get attachment upload option in Mobile View?

Hi, I have been looking for this feature for a long time.
In Codersclub & several other discuz forums, attachment upload option is available on mobile view, as seen in this Screenshot.

However, in my forum http://techbrains.tk , there is nothing like that in Thread editor/Creator in Mobile view..
I digged all over the control panel but nothing similar was found..
Anyone knows how to get this upload form?
Any clues?

click on choos button
u can upload them one by one
