problem in uploading via mobile view

we have a problem in uploading via mobile view to the(tectil.com) discuz x3 forum....every users are facing this problem,we admins also.

seems the default uploading permission for all is 2 mb...when we upload from mobile the page is just refreshed even in very small files and we have already added file extinctions...
