Another Time Zone Matter

Hi guys, please concentrate a little bit so you can get my problem. As I'm from Tunisia I use time zone GMT +01:00, but the problem is that at 19:30 GMT +01:00 (00:00 GMT +05:30) the threads' counter at the bottom resets and begin showing Today 0 as if a new day begins but in fact it stills 4 hours and a half for the next day . So why only acting only with GMT +05:30 time ?
