Use same UCenter on different host

I want to create a mirror of my forum. Can I use same UCenter for this forum?
Or
Backup of database?

UCenter is designed specially for using with different sites/hosts/applications.
UCenter settings depends from where your sites placed - at the same server or at different servers.
