bug in setting of upload type

Hello all,I have a problem to set the attachment type of user groups..I Go to admin cp-users-user groups-system user members-admin-edit-Forum related-Attachment permissions...and at the end of the page there is a box to Enabled attachment types and leave blank for no limits...I leaved it blank and when I am trying to upload attachments it says that only zip files can be uploaded,it happens with all groups..check the ss.

But it says that if I leave it blank,then all attachment types will be allowed..
And I want to allow all types of attachment so I leaved it blank but when I am trying to upload files it says only zip files are allowed,thats my problem.

Check what the settings are in the USER groups. These settings have a priority.

Add "chm, pdf, zip, rar, tar, gz, bzip2, gif, jpg, jpeg, png" etc.
