I can help a lot in the english translation.
But problem is i am not skilled in php .
so i can only yell you what text to modify ,
but sadly cannot show the code change or produce a patch.

Use the next method:
1. Look what is translated bad, copy this into the clipboard
2. Find in what the files this sentence is placed: /source/language/en/*.php
3. Say the file name
4. Show the line where you found the sentence (as is)
5. Say how to change the sentence.
