i downloaded the english version from this page , but the files in the package seems not right? it is different from the chinese version

English version is marked as "Deprecated".
This means it is not supported for now.
You can use the International (Multi-lingual) version instead.

Where can I download stable (Multi-lingual) version?
I have downloaded from http://discuzx-en.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/discuzx2.0ML/ by TortoiseSVN
But it's not working. I have installed. Site is working & multiLangage is working. But I can't Log In.
Why?
