How to add own slider and article image effect?

I want use this slider style.
How to apply it on my portal theme?

I want slider include article image title and desc.
Auto add new articles to slider from new articles

And ı want do same for article list.
I want show article title over image and when onMouseover auto desc visible

I dont know how to apply.
I want these styles.
