in Discuz! X3.1 we con't see upload form in pc edition

but now this problem solved in Discuz! X3.2 ...

Next time please create a copy of ***_SC_UTF8 or ***_TC_UTF8 version.
(We do not need the BIG5 or GBK version)

I.e.
COPY facebook_like_SC_UTF8 to facebook_like_ES_UTF8.

And then translate only your new xml file (facebook_like_ES_UTF8).

ATTENTION: DO NOT CHANGE the original TC or SC files!

In this case we can select the language to install from SC, TC and your new (ES) language.
