How to switch a forum section to Image Mode

By default a forum thread list is displayed in a TEXTUAL mode (as usual):


But there is a possibility to swith the forum thread list to "Image Style", like below:



Instruction how to switch any forum to "Image Style":

1) Go to AdminCP
2) Click "Forum" (top menu)
3) Click "Edit" right of wanted forum
4) Click "Extended settings" at the top sub-menu
5) Set the "Enable the image list mode:" option to "Yes"
6) Click "Submit" button

Attention!!

• Every thread first post in a forum must have an image ATTACHED.
• If your forum allready have some threads inside, you must Edit and Save the first post for every thread.

this looks semi useful though the layout if rubbish..

is there any inbetween .. like with thread rows.. with the thread attachment alongside the title.. like a hybrid view?
