SOLVED.. its a hosting problem

The issue reported has been fixed. There was few blank lines left in misc.php , it has been removed and also, php version changed to 5.5 for the website fixed the issue. Please check at your end and do let us know if you still any issues further. "

Please report WHERE the blank lines was found in misc.php???
I can not find that blank lines...

maybe its just the hosting support to find some reason about the problem they have

I have found the same problem at my localhost for x!3.2.
But old x!3.1 still working ok at the same localhost.
So I guess it is not a hosting problem
