how to add new language in diffrent writing system?

I want to add kazakh langugae to discuz,but the kazakh language have three writting system scripts,like cyrrilic,arabic and latin(kk-arab;kk-cyril;kk-latin).ant there language direction is different cyril,latin is ltr;arab is rtl.so how do i add this langugae?

you can add all THREE different languages,
i.e. kz_RU, kz_EN, kz_AR etc.
