It is possible but at the moment:

1) I have no time for that,
2) I have no idea/project for that,

Mobile version is super, super, super simple but it is possible to bring some functions from fully template. Unfortunately, I have never tested way to show content from DIY block(s).

I think it would be cool to create new template fully powered by bootstrap but it invest enough time in this now.
