HI All,

I edit in human post time format (not used in cidersclub.org )

e.g
half-hour before

i edit it to became

before half-hour

because to support arabic and RTL lang
and i think its support all lang too

no, in english it's "Half-Hour Ago."

I think, the human-readable time format depends on language selected.
So, it must be different for each language.
What about integration such type function into the language packs?
The engine may check and use this function (if the function exists) or use a default function (if national function is not found).
