Add a label for "Change language" icon

mio from msg2me.com suggests to add a label for the "Change language" icon.

I think, this idea is suitable for the "Change color theme" icon too.

So, the top navigation link may looks like this:

Set as homepage (icon) | Add to favotites (icon) | Screen size: (icon) | Change language: (icon) | Change theme: (icon)
