How to install Discuz!ML v.3.2?

I try to install the latest  Discuz!ML v.3.2 but fail.
My test environment
1.Synology NAS(DS713,DSM 5.2-5644 Update 2)
2.CentOS 5.8

In the environment 1
I link the install page but get HTTP 500 error
In the environment 2
I link the install page but get an empty page



In the same test environment,I install the traditional Chinese version of Discuz! X3.2 successfully.

I do not know what's wrong with the Discuz!ML v.3.2

Anyone can help me?---------------
I set php display_error to yes and I get the error message below
"warning:require(/volume1/web/upload/./source/language/en/lang_install.php):failed to open stream:NO such file ro directory in /volume1/web/upload/install/index.php on line 33"


Where can I get the language package?

Edit the file:
config/config_global_default.php

Find this line:
$_config['output']['language']                 = 'en';                // Page language sc/tc/en/...

Change to:
$_config['output']['language']                 = 'sc';                // Page language sc/tc/en/...

Remove the file:
config/config_global.php

And then reinstall.

I too have the same error installing 3.2, I contacted my web host provider, he said there is something missing in Index.php file.

I've tried the above given instructions, it seems the problems still exists !

I tried the latest version "vot-discuz.ml-8bbea2e090e9", it seems to be NOT a ML version, I can only see Simple Chinese and Traditional Chinese while installing it. Installation was successful with out any errors. Once after installation is done, the board is in English (not sure as it bcos I changed language to "en" in config file), with some different characters set at certain areas.

Hoping to see the next a bug free version.

Our repository contains engine + chinese language packs only. Other languages are available to buy.

But the previous versions are along with English language, are't they ?
