There is a bug in forum style navigation
Both in translation and the function

See : domain.com/admin.php?frames=yes&action=forums&operation=edit&fid=1
Bug in "Show sub-forums horizontally:"   

The default value is "0"
If i change the value to "1"   it is not saved
same goes for  Category sub-forums horizontally:
Value is not savedUpdate : value is saved if correct value is provided
Furthermore   it is NOT given that what value should be ..


Translation suggestion :
Correct the info text :

If set, the sub-forums will be shown in a single line horizontally. If set to 0, sub-forums will be arranged as ususal.

Update :
I tried a set of other values and found this

The Value should be the number of forums in the category

example if there are 5 forums in the category abc
then set the value to 5 to see the effect

It would be nice to report the language file name and the keyword.

Go to /source/language/en/ folder.
Find a file where that sentence is placed.
Find a line where that sentence is placed.
Publish that file name and the found line.
Say how to change that line.

Why you have sent all the language pack?
It is NOT required.
It is quite enough to send only modified files.

If set, the sub-forums will be shown in a single line horizontally. Set the value to the number of forums in the section to see effect

It is a wrong translation.
The real meaning:
Set this value to a number of forums you want to be displayed horizontally per line.
I.e. If you have 9 subforums and set the value to 3, then your subforums will be shown in 3 rows by 3 forums per row.
If set to 0, the subforum list will be shown vertically.

Say i have 3 forums in a category.
i tried changing the value to 1 or 2
after saving i see no effect.

if i set the value to 3 it works and all forums are aligned horizontally

Hence the reason for my translation .

I have set the setting "Show sub-forums horizontally":

Category "Other engines":
  Number of forums = 5.
"Show sub-forums horizontally" set to 3.
Result: 2 rows with 3 forums per row.

Category "Off-Topic":
Number of forums = 4.
"Show sub-forums horizontally" set to 2.
Result: 2 rows with 2 forums per row.
