I think this version will be the best for non-Chinese forum because many chinese addons was deleted like qq services ect... no cloud anymore that mean your website will not call chinese servers like gtimg.cn (no slow load for your website)
+ they try to replace flash with html5
+ as i see on their latest change log they add all improvements from Discuz F.
+ its free to register on their forum and download this version not like Discuz F forum.
and maybe we will see some new responsive template who know
