It happened to me too. All you need is refresh cache.

Go to this adress:

yourforum.com/admin.php?frames=yes&action=tools&operation=updatecache

and click Ok.

Cleaning the cache - that's solution. I have the same problem every time I start fresh installation on the latest WAMP.
